I believe this is an issue when an html page is used.

I have attached a file that should fix the issue.

Please replace your current WASocial.js with the attached file in the Commands Folder under the DW configuration folder.

To find the DW configuration folder, read the following document:

common_installation_issues.pdf

Make sure DW is closed and Delete the Cache file before restarting.

Please post back if you still have the issue.

Note: You are going to need to re-add the button to the page.
