This looks to be a bug in Horizontal Counter Twitter button.

I have attached a file that fixes the issue.

Please replace your counter_hr.xml file that is located in your Shared/WebAssist/WASocial/designs folder under your DW configuration folder.

To find your DW configuration folder, please read the following document:

common_installation_issues.pdf

Make sure to have DW closed and Delete the Cache file before restarting.
