Is there a way to delete multiple products and add multiple items via MySQL?

I have 200+ products I need to delete from my store. These are items that I no longer want to offer for download. Is there a way I can mass delete these items so I don't have to do it one at a time. It will take me a lot of time to delete that many items and do not want to waste my time if there is a way to do it in bulk. Even if I can log into the database and delete them this way would work. I don't have too much knowledge with MySQL database so any help (with somewhat detailed directions) would be appreciated.

Also, is there a way I can add multiple items through the MySQL database by downloading to an excel spreadsheet, writing in the content into the details, description... fields and then uploading? Basically if I could add the details, description, additional settings and SEO information this way and then I could just attach the image within the admin page would save me a ton of time.

I know I received a response previously that adding bulk wasn't an option yet for PowerStore, but I failed to ask if the information could be added in MySQL.

Thank you,
Ernie
