Warnings when loading Admin page

I setup PowerStore 4.0 on this site well over 6 mos ago (and it was working fabulously). I stopped to work on other projects. Now I've returned to complete it and I'm getting WARNING errors like this:

Warning: fopen(../../Connections/installed.txt) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/jobewhol/public_html/PwrStore/webassist/themes/Default/images/installed.png on line 30

when I login, Admin pages don't load properly and more of the same errors are displayed in header. I am not proficient enough in php to trouble-shoot myself, which is why I invested in the WA solutions. Please advise... Thank you.
