InitializeUI is not defined

You may want to check under my username as I have another pair of inoperative extensions.

Using DW CS4, Mac OS 10.6

Dynamic COnnections worked until this weekend when trying to get Forms and Security Assist to work (neither are yet). I just opened DW and get prompted immediately with a WADYN_CONN.htm error. When we get through that and open a file, no database connections appear. Opening Dynamic Connections brings up an error InitializeUI is not defined.

Please note before reply:
Per your sites instructions, I deleted Win...Cache.dat on my other machine and then disabled all extensions. The disabling and re-enabling of extensions is literally to the point that it burns up full days to accomplish often to leave a problem unchanged or unresolved. I feel I had very good luck with your products when we started out, but to be honest this last year has been rough since I made my last upgrade. It has gotten even worse since I attempted switch from Win to Mac. If I simply lack the skill set to use your products, please tell me and I will stop spending my money to try to do something that I am not qualified to do. To shorten the statement, please offer me some assistance to get your products into operation; that is what the problems of the last 18 months have revolved around.
