... when I click for support, it says there is a FREE option for install and user issues, yet it doesn't provide that option when going through the support channel. Personally, if Web Assist doesn't support getting their software up and operational by means other than forums, I don't find that acceptable. There should be some kind of support service that doesn't require additional payment to make the software function properly.
