Uploaading to live server

Hi

I am using the User registration Pack in a site I have been developing. To test the functionality I have used Wampserver 2 as the local host on my own machine. I am now nearly ready to upload the site to my web hosting company. My question (and I appreciate it is really basic by I am a beginner) is this:

When I ftp the site files to my web hosting server what do I need to change in the connections,MySQL stakes to make it all work? Currently my connection.php file is:

<?php
# FileName="Connection_php_mysql.htm"
# Type="MYSQL"
# HTTP="true"
$hostname_localhost = "localhost";
$database_localhost = "admin_bks";
$username_localhost = "deleted for security";
$password_localhost = "deleted for security";
$localhost = mysql_pconnect($hostname_localhost, $username_localhost, $password_localhost) or trigger_error(mysql_error(),E_USER_ERROR);
mysql_select_db("admin_bks");
?>

Any help or a pointer to help would appreciated.
