Custom Develop for Cafe Commerce

I am wanting to use Cafe Commerce to create a site that will allow customers to create their own design for screen printed shirts. I believe that this will require advanced development skills. I would like to find a freelance developer who could help me to modify a Cafe Commerce site to enable the functionality that is mentioned above. An example of the needed custom modification can be seen on this webpage: design_and_buy.php
