Standalone browser showing index view and file browse broken link.

I found that the standalone file browser needs to open index.php specifically.

While my live server defaults to index.html, index.php, etc. My testing server does not and the stand alone file browser was opening an index view of the webassist/kfm directory.

I solved it by adding an .htaccess file to the directory.

I also found that the select_none.png file was coming up as a broken link. Changing the line in filebrowse.js from:

newImg.src = 'webassist/kfm/themes/webassist_v2/icons/select_none.png';

to:

newImg.src = '/webassist/kfm/themes/webassist_v2/icons/select_none.png';

solved that.
