One to many relationship with Data assist

this type of relationship is a many to many relationship.

since more than one member may also cover the same country, it is a many to many.

For a many to many relationship, you need to have a linking table.

A linking table is a table used to create the relationship between the member and country.

for example:

tblMemberCountry
memberCountryID - Primary Key
memberCountryMemberID - int - relates to the primary key column of the member table
memberCountryCountryID - int - relates to the primary key column of the country table


you would use the data assist manage relational table behavior to manage the relationships in the linking table.
