Added Bindings

DFP, DataAssist, eCart (and likely others) add additional bindings/variables when they are used on a page.

For instance, DFP adds "Upload Files Global Status" with a debug entry, and "Upload Files (instance)" with numerous entries. Although some are very obvious what they are (and what they do) these added binding don't seem to come with instructions or examples of how to use them.

Sure - one or two binding might get mentioned in an example - but I would like to know more. Is there any reference material for these additional bindings, not just for DFP, but DataAssist, eCart and any others as well?

Example: This sample below is taken from the "Displaying upload errors...." PDF. It points out that there are a lot of these bindings, but only drills in on one item. I want to know about ALL of them, not just the odd sample here and there.

Note: Digital File Pro includes a number of bindings that you can add to
your page in this location. This document only discusses the Error Message option.
