Ecart server validation issues with Google Crome

I added server validation to the confirm page and the Show if's to the Checkout page.

Everything works fine in IE 8 and Safari 5.

With Google, the errors displayed are sticky, Once I get one error, it displays even if the field is corrected and another field is made to have an error.

With Firefox 5, there is a separate issue, where it keeps asking for a login each time the checkout page is accessed. Due to this I could not really test the page for the error above.

you can see the error at purchase.php
when asked to sign in use test@test.com with password test.

Add any item to the cart and then checkout. Then leave one of the fields with a wrong value and hit checkout.
