Secure Certificate

Can you please tell me where I can turn off the requirement for checkout.php to use an SSL Certificate as my site is not using online payment and I have no need for one. I would like checkout.php to use http:// and not try connecting to https://

I figure that I need to make a change to webassist/globals/globals.php - somewhere amongst this:

$WAGLOBAL_Root_URL = (((isset($_SERVER['SERVER_PROTOCOL']) && strpos($_SERVER['SERVER_PROTOCOL'], 'HTTPS') !== false) || (isset($_SERVER['SERVER_PORT'])&& $_SERVER['SERVER_PORT'] == 443)) ? 'https://' : 'http://') . $_SERVER['SERVER_NAME'] . ( (isset($_SERVER['SERVER_PORT'])&& $_SERVER['SERVER_PORT'] != 80)?":".$_SERVER['SERVER_PORT']:"") . $assumedRoot;
mysql_free_result($WAGlobals);

Thanks, Anita
