Social Media Toolkit inside a Framework Builder plug-in

Is it possible then to insert Social Media Toolkit share links inside a Framework Builder plug-in page and have the share icons reference the appropriate page that the user is browsing?

I followed the instructions in the Support section's FAQs that tells you how to apply SMT to SiteSculptor/PowerCMS templates, but I'm not so sure this applies to my situation. Those instructions sound like you need an individual template for each page you want to apply SMT to. But I could definitely be wrong in how I'm understanding it.

For the project I'm working on, all of the site's interior pages are derived from only two choices of templates. The index page is a totally separate design not derived from a template. Each interior template consists of a header plug-in, main content editable region, and the footer plug-in that has the share links.

Not so sure where to take it from here or if I can even do what I'm shooting for. Thanks.
