File Manipulation: Upload Wizard - image overwriting issue

I have retrofitted an insert and update form with the File Manipulation: Upload Wizard. I can upload the images into my database just fine.

My issue is with the update page. I simply copied over the code from the insert page into the update page. I know that I now need to modify the code for the update page somehow so that when I make changes and submit the form that do not involve the file upload section, it doesn't change the file in the database. Basically I want it so that if I do not touch the Browse button to update the current file that nothing happens with that behavior and only the parts of the form that is changed, update the database.

Maybe I need to make this a separate form? I need advice. Let me know what info you'll need and I'll provide it.

Thanks in advance.
