Security Assistant Database Creation Tables Failed

Hello I am new to MySQL I was finally able today to setup a mySQL connection from my hostgator account. I already input all that information into dreamweaver and I started up the security assist wizard. I am still confused about the presets would I put new from blank because I have a database on hostgator I created? I am still not to sure about that one. I choose the simple registration sp to create my pages I basically left everything on default and then had security assist create my pages. After creation security assist comes back at me with this message "We tried to create your database table for you, but were unsuccessful. The create table statement has been stored in a sql file located in webassist/security_assist_localhost_ps4.users.sql this file can be used to create the table in your database. we are sorry ..........." So when I try to for exmaple use the registration on my website registration.php it comes up with something like "Table 'zupek_database.users' doesn't exist". Also does the site have to be entirely php because the only thing that is .php for my site is this login system for now. Please respond ASAP I have tried almost everything to get this work.
