CMS PowerBuilder Log In Issues

The program including log in was working fine. I had a session with Ray and we made the editable region the same width as the customers site and created a couple new pages. That is all the changes that were made and now we can only log in as the super admin. The admin log ins do not work. I am attaching the files - in the zip file you will find Connect_BoneLakeCarpenters.docx That has the connections in it so that you can access the database, php my admin and users. I also created a failed log in page to be sure that the issue was failed log in and if you try to go directly to admin_cms/index.php you are directed immediately to the failed log in rather than log in page before you have even attempted to log in. Thank you in advance for your help.
