Big Problems with PS3 and PayPal Express

Hi,
I have been setting up a site for a client at shop for some time now and we are at a position where we can get going with testing it out with transactions.

However, there is a problem.

Whilst we have put the correct PayPal account email address in the payments settings, when we go to checkout with a test purchase (not through Sandbox), we received this message:

'We're sorry
Your PayPal transaction could not be completed. Please return to checkout and try again.'

We click the checkout link and it takes us back to a page where we are asked to put in our credit card details.

Can you help us out please, we are stuck and do not wish to have customers place their card details into website and just have PayPal deal with the card transactions.

We have not made any changes to any of pages or the code of the site - just changed the CSS.

Many thanks in advance,

Martin
