Add Captcha to own form SA2

Hi, I just bought and installed SA2 after having used SA1 for some time. I was under the impression that I could add a captcha validation to a hand built form using SA2 based on the Webassist sales website:

"Validation is automatically applied to all forms created in SecurityAssist 2, including Captcha for added password retrieval security. Validation can also be applied directly to any forms you create by hand, ensuring any data submitted through your forms meets your standards. Data submitted through forms and added to your database can be secured through several available encryption methods, further ensuring the security of your customer's information."

I have my custom form all set, any tips on adding the captcha field?

Thanks!

- Roland
