ck editor

As as user of html editor, I know I can set the editor to ignore styles imported with a copy paste.

I'm in the middle of moving 150+ category, thousands of products from an older store database into PStore. The one step that is really slowing me down is the description fields. When I try to copy paste, it often won't be accepted due to wrong type of quote marks, etc. I have been taking into a text cleaner to make it behave, but it's slow going.

So, I'd like to change the description ck editor to not accept anything but plain text, like I can do with Data assist. I don't want to break anything in the process as this project is overdue.

Can someone guide me on what to change, which page etc, to make this happen? Thanks much as always.
