I have decided to go ahead with the support ticket. (Although probably later this week or early next week)
However I am not sure what Category this issue falls under in the "How can we help you?" Menu/List (Not sure if this matters)
In addition could you just confirm one more time that with 1 Ticket I will have the below developed for me.
1) On success of payment the quantity Purchased will deduct from the stock amount in the products database.
2) On the Cart Page, when a user clicks checkout, the system will only proceed if their is enough products in stock for the order.
3) The add to cart button on product detail pages will only appear if the product is in stock.
These things are all vital to me which is why I ask.
