can eCart do something like this

I am trying to re-create a flash menu in HTML/javascript/PHP.

The function of the menu is to give a price quote for a framing process with many different options / variables.

the current menu can be seen here:
The link to the menu I need to re-create is laumontStudio.html
then 'services'
then 'mounting and lamination'
then 'price list'
(i know, strange and confusing navigation, hence them re-doing their site)

Also, I am attaching a pic of the menu in question.

I am at a bit of a loss as to how to proceed, and this is the last page to finish and the project will be done...

any help is greatly appreciated!
