A Sound Design

Pre Sales Question

I am looking at whether this extension or Image Resizer is going to do what I want it to do:

I am creating a CMS of sorts for a customer site. I want it to be really, really easy to use. So this is what I am trying to achieve:

I have created a page which will have

  1. An article title
  2. A thumbnail image
  3. A Some text content

These elements will be added via an admin back end (probably with Security Assist) and using Dreamweaver Insert Record behaviour into MySQL database table. The page will have a form with 3 fields corresponding to the above, ie. Textfield for Title, file upload field for Image, Textarea for content. Repeat region will allow these articles to be added in rows dynamically as a new article is added. The Title will link to the Detail page for that article, in which it will show the full size image for that article.

What I would like to know is if it is possible using either Universal Email or Image Resizer to do this so that the customer only has to upload the high quality image, have a thumbnail created automatically and then display thumbnail and HQ image on each separate page using the appropriate fields Bindings in Dreamweaver and Data Images to the page.

I'd appreciate knowing if this is possible using Webassist extensions. I apologise if this in the wrong forum category as I was unsure which extension. Thanks.
