File upload and processing

First I just want to say, Great products folks!

I know there is a way via php to translate a file into a .pdf, though I've never worked with that function I do recall reading about it. With that in mind, I'd like to be able to allow authenticated users to upload a word doc and have that doc processed into a .pdf and made available to all the viewers of the web site. Is it possible to work something like this into the Digital File Pro, or as an add on? Here's what one of my sites needs to be able to do; any one of thirty users can download a Word Doc file that creates an event flier, then upload the flier to the website, and have it automagically recreated into a pdf and linked into their calendar program.

Possible? Or am I smoking crack?
