File manager in multiple insert issue

Hi All

I have built a standard form and applied the multiple update and all items in the form are inserted into the db correctly from the multiple entries but with one exception. One of the fields is a first file manager field, the first instance of this works correctly but the second one onwards does not? even before submitting when I select the second instance select the image the field stays blank with no image path inserted?

I have checked the field has been updated with the auto number feature which it has. Am I missing something?
