Partial Fix to CK Editor Questions

The fix that you gave me for the "theme editor" worked in that I can now access the CK Editor. It was the following fix:

In the webassist/kfm/index.php file, look for this line:
<script type="text/javascript"  src="j/all.php/can-minify"></script>

and change it to:
<script type="text/javascript"  src="j/all.php"></script>

That was the major fix. However, the new minor problem is that after publishing my changes in the "theme editor," the window housing the "theme editor," which is supposed to close, remains open with nothing in it. For a greater customer experience, what do I need to change to close that window.

Note: I just need you guys to point me in the right direction.
