Database table not created

Hey Jason thanks for the update.

I uninstalled the old mxp and installed the new mxp you gave me.
I seem to have some connection problems now. I went ahead and created another DB and connection. It connects fine when I select it on the first PowerCMS define connection screen.
Then I define both areas (Content Location and then Content Area) and hit "Finish" but get an error message.

I did upload the Connections file.(this is what the error says to do) I also have all privileges.

I am guessing I need to remove the old files that were created by the original PowerCMS Builder from the server?
Tried that but not sure if I got the right ones. Can you direct me to what a solution would be?

What files need to come off of the server to have a fresh start? If that is what I need to do.

Thanks for the diligent support!
