Ray solved the problem by editing the library, mediarss, and global.php files. The problem was caused by the unusual "~" character in the temporary domain name.....~name/, thus causing an incorrect path name to be created for the images (thus the gallery "appeared" with broken image paths).

This seems to be somewhat unique to the server I am using, and should not be a problem when the actual domain name is used. In any case, I believe Ray plans to make the solution broadly available such that the code looks for this character logically, and if there, sets the proper path, and if not there, sets the path normally.

Thanks Ray!

Robert
