Thank you for the feedback. It is truly difficult for us to test our v1 products with all of the vast differences found in server configurations and site configurations that exist in the real world.
This particular product has a lot of new technology that has never been seen in Dreamweaver before. The interactivity with the database and live view of database content doesn't exist in any other product, so unfortunatly we ran into some issues in the real world. We will get those issues addressed as fast as possible and appreciate the criticism that we will use to get better.
The 15 day refund period is for the "for any reason" refund. If you are on record posting to the forum or in a support incident as having issues running the software or are running into a bug that we are unable to fix, then that refund period will be extended and refunds granted after the 15 days have expired. The time period is to prevent people from using the extension and returning it and doesn't really apply to people having difficulty using the extension in the first place... we are very reasonable when it comes to returns even after the trial period.
