Well done WA - I'm genuinely impressed. I'd like to say 'credit where credit is due. Good on WA for quickly listening to the area that I, and others it seems, have found annoying; i.e. we visit these forums to assess what could be causing issues with WA products - only to see users experiencing problems similar to our own, but no solution given to the cause. A brief note stating the other user has a support ticket open offers no value to similar users in the same position.
So, again, thanks for listening and I appreciate the responses now that state what other users have experienced.
