Using VTK to sticky option and radio form elements

Greetings! Really like the new look!

I am really trying to use the validation tool kit to enhance my forms by adding sticky elements so if a validation fails the user does not have to re-enter their information.

I can get text and comment fields to sticky by using the WA Validated Entries on the Bindings panel, but how do you bind dropdown lists and radio groups so that they remember what was selected?

I appreciate any help!
