Files do not download in PS4

Can't Download Software Product

I noticed that there are actually several places where this line is used:

$folderPath = rootRelativeToFullFileURL($folderPath);

Should we comment out all occurrences, or has there been some other resolution to this problem. I tried commenting out the first occurrence of this line, but the problem was still the same. When the download button is pressed, the screen flashes but nothing happens. It seems that everything else is working, the credit card is processed, but there is no software download. Also, the email receipt contains a download link, but that link doesn't seem to work either. Help - everything else seems to work fine, but I can't get this last part of the website to function. Any help would be appreciated.
