Coupon not showing up on cart

Coupon not showing up on cart

I am using PowerStore 4 and I am trying to add a coupon. As far as I can tell, I have set it up correctly, but I don't ever see anywhere to enter the coupon code. Is it supposed to be on the shopping cart page? I am using PayPal Express Checkout. When do you enter the code?

Anybody have any ideas?
