Error in my PHP?

Hi,

Your technical support helped me build this php code, but whenever the page tries to load, it just sits there and will not load. Can you look at these snippets of code and see if you can find the error because I have been unable to.

<?php if (isset($_POST["sumidrive1_1_ATC"]) || isset($_POST["sumidrive1_1_ATC_x"]) && $_POST["sumidrive1_1_Quantity_Add"] < $row_rsAstero['itemQty']){ ?>

}else{
header("Location: " . $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] . "?available=" . $row_rsAstero['itemQty']);
}
?>
<?php

<td align="center" valign="top"><font color="red">Max Order Quantity of 25</font><?php if(isset($_GET['available'])){ ?>The quantity specified is not available for this product, the available quantity is: <?php echo $row_rsAstero['itemQty'] ?><?php } ?></td>

<td colspan="2" align="center" valign="top">
<form name="sumidrive1_3_ATC_<?php echo $row_rsCyclo6000["itemId"]; ?>" method="POST" action="<?php echo $_SERVER["PHP_SELF"]; ?><?php echo (isset($_SERVER["QUERY_STRING"]) && $_SERVER["QUERY_STRING"] != "")?"?".$_SERVER["QUERY_STRING"]:""; ?>">
<input type="hidden" name="sumidrive1_3_ID_Add" value="<?php echo $row_rsCyclo6000["itemId"]; ?>" >
<input name="sumidrive1_3_Quantity_Add" type="text" class="qtyformelem" value="1" size="4" >
<input name="sumidrive1_3_ATC" type="image" class="cartbutton" value="Add to Cart" src="/assets/misc images/cart.gif" alt="Add to Cart" border="0">
</form> </td>

Thanks!
