Back Again

After a couple of weeks without a connection, I am back online.

Reading through this thread, I decided to start again with the rainbow racing checkout

I ran through the checkout wizard from the cart page to recreate checkout and confirm pages for use with paypal payments pro, then added the inserted code to the existing pages.

If I go for the c/c route, when I click the checkout button on confirm.php. i always get a transaction failed.

In powerstore, there is some code you can put on the transaction failure page to try and assess what is wrong. Is there something similar for ecart ?

The second issue is with express checkout.
By default, this is inserted onto the checkout page.
This site uses a complex shipping calculation based on the shipping address, and at this point, the destination is not known, therefore the full invoice value hasn't been calculated.
If the express checkout form is available only after the shipping details have been entered, it kind of defeats the object of having express checkout.
