Pulling out my hair!@!

I just spent over an hour with my ISP going over everything in an attempt to correct this problem. The previos error was obvious because there was no ~php/Mail.php and it was looking for phpMail.php

That's not the problem and has been corrected!!! The new error after correction is:

Warning: require_once(.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/home7/infinjb7/php/Mail.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home7/infinjb7/public_html/dreamlightstudio/webassist/email/PEAR_Mail_using_SMTP_php.php on line 113

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/home7/infinjb7/php/Mail.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/home7/infinjb7/php') in /home7/infinjb7/public_html/dreamlightstudio/webassist/email/PEAR_Mail_using_SMTP_php.php on line 113

The ISP and I went over everything to make absolutely certain that PEAR is set up properly on their end. The Mail.php file is exactly where if should be in the /php folder.

They are telling me that your script code at line 113 in PEAR_Mail_using_SMTP_php.php is causing the problem and couldn't tell me what is wrong with your code specifically but that you are inferring a path and it's not looking at the right place. We have verified that the include path in the php.ini is set properly. there's nothing more I can really do with the ISP to get this functioning. I'd like this answer promptly! I've wasted hours and hours today trying to get a simple contact form running. Should happen at all. Not for the money this code costs. PLEASE address this quickly. I'm ready to give up and return the product if I can't make and head way with this first thing tomorrow. You should have all the information you need at this point. You have the URL in a previous post pointing you to the contact form.

It's contact.php
