reminder of what file to change

forgive me, I have been working on other parts of my site and I think that I am now bumping into something tied to our discussion. We tried so many things that I can't remember what file I am supposed to edit per your suggestion:

"everything checks out.

try changing:
PHP Code:
<?php if($_SERVER["REQUEST_METHOD"] == "POST") { ?>
to:
PHP Code:
<?php if ((($_SERVER["REQUEST_METHOD"] == "POST") && (isset($_SERVER["HTTP_REFERER"]) && strpos(urldecode($_SERVER["HTTP_REFERER"]), urldecode($_SERVER["SERVER_NAME"].$_SERVER["PHP_SELF"])) > 0) && isset($_POST))) { ?>
lets see what happens then "

Where do I find this php code?

Thanks,

Lisa
