I'm trying. What questions do you still have? Believe me there is nothing I'd like more than you to be successful. I guess I have a hard time keeping track of all of your questions and which ones you are still having difficulty with and which ones you have figured out.
I guess the question I didn't answer was: "Do I have to set the Storage Engine from the database to InnoDB and make the link from table users: userUserLevelID (Foreign Key) to table userlevel: userLevelID (Primary Key)?! "
I'm not really sure where you got that plan from or what it might accomplish, but I think the answer is no, that won't be necessary.
I know you asked a question on the 20th and it is now the 24th, but let's not forget that two of those days were on the weekend. You asked the question in the afternoon on Thursday and I answered first thing on Monday morning. Just over one business day later. Unfortunately I have a lot of responsibilities other than monitoring the forum, but I'll do my best to answer as quickly as I can.
If you are in a real rush to get this done, you might consider a phone support incident. It would cost you $99 dollars, but it would probably get you to a solution in an hour instead of struggling through the forums. We would talk to you over the phone and take control of your computer in a screen sharing session and walk you through everything necessary to achieve your result in the time that we have.
A picture is worth a thousand words, and a moving screen with even a below average refresh rate is worth a couple million over an hour session if my math is right... if you don't like that option I'll continue to do my best to work with you through this forum and help with whatever you have trouble with.
