No EDIT button in properties, cant edit menu

heres the zip, i noticed i have two folders CSSMenuWriter one located in D:\WebSites\web and one located in D:\WebSites\web\web, not sure if this makes any difference i have included both, the one with the most content is the one located in D:\WebSites\web\web
