Ok, there's a few problems going on.

First, this line:
<script type="text/javascript" src="../google_javascript/wagmp_maps.js"></script>

needs to be moved so that it is just before the closing </html> tag.

it also needs to have the path adjusted to match the other js references and look in the correct place:
<script type="text/javascript" src="google_javascript/wagmp_maps.js"></script>

Your first link is working, the middle is not because you haven't added an address into it.

the third one doesn't work because of case sensitivity.

the address as added in the map as "2405 Niagara Parkway" but you created the link using a lower case "p" in Parkway. javascript is a case sensitive language, the onclick code for the third link should be:

onclick="wagmp_map_2_obj.getPointByAddress('2405 Niagara Parkway').marker.openInfoWindowHtml(wagmp_map_2_obj.getPointByAddress('2405 Niagara Parkway').address.infowindowtext);"
