Jenny I

No, not at the moment I just wanted to find out if your solution was possible.

I was thinking that i would apply your jquery solution to the form element, apply the repeat region to the <fieldset> tag (which wraps my form elements) and then apply data assist multiple insert record behaviour.

Do you think this will work?

I am pretty sure your jquery menu is what I need as I have the same scenario as CreateColl. I just wondered if you could post the code again and just highlite in red maybe the areas I would need to put my own form variables/values. I cannot distinguish what is jquery and what are your form variables/values.
