Dave Hoffman

Hello to both Brian and Dave,

I'm Dave Hoffman, a Senior Engineer here at WebAssist. First of all, thank you both for your time and energy. Your thorough testing and well-written bug reports have made my job much easier over the last few days. I hope that you're having fun with it, at the very least.

Brian, if you wouldn't mind, get to the point where you've swapped out the textarea for the HTML Editor in the Edit Group Contents interface. Click the Apply button to update your preview. Then, before closing the UI or doing anything else, navigate to your Dreamweaver Configuration directory and post the contents of:

We have noted that as the HTML Editor is actually a textarea overridden with JavaScript, the time it takes our preview engine to load the page and take a snapshot can sometimes outrace the CKEditor code for overriding the textarea. This, if anything, is most likely the issue with your preview. The sad part is that this issue is machine- and settings-dependent. Does your HTML Editor preview work fine when you're just inserting a raw editor, not through Form Builder?

Immense thanks again to you both.
