Adding additional fields to User Registration Form

Thread began 12/28/2010 8:32 am by tsasokan237086 | Last modified 1/25/2011 3:30 pm by tsasokan237086 | 5811 views | 27 replies

I appreciate you for the nice followup you have been giving.
Now, I am modifying users_profile.php to add the new fields.

1. I have copied the new fields from users_registration.php to users_profile.php
2. I have copied the Spry Widget Validation f0r the new fields, (at the bottom of codes)

Now after copying the users_profile.php page now has two kinds of fields:Example Below:
1. The default fields you have provided has Server behavior
"<?php echo(isset($_GET['valid'])?ValidatedField("usersProfile","UserFirstName"):$row_WAATKusers['UserFirstName']) ?>"
The record set (WAATKusers) has only shows the default fields

2.The New fields still show the same insert servor behavior:Example below:
<?php (ValidatedField("usersRegistration","UserTitle")) ?>

Can I use Data Assist to convert the newly added fields to the same format as the existing field? Do I need to add the extra fields to the record set (WAATKusers), how do I do that.

Please help me!
Thank you,
TS Asokan
