neilo

I got confused, and thought the pop-ups had to contain a whole slideshow too (they're not supposed to) but it was a happy hour anyway.

Just before I nod-off, and so that we can have a slightly less fraught night, to get your page (Products_Detail.php?ProductID=34) to the way I have mine (although we still have a problem), you should do this:

1. Change the code in the Products_Detail.php page header javascript from:

<script type="text/javascript" src="https://www.nancyelizabethdesigns.com/lr_galleries/testshow/js/slideshowpro.js"></script>

<script type="text/javascript">
SlideShowPro({
attributes: {
id: "slideshow",
expandBrowserWindow: false,
width: "300.00",
height: "250.00",
src: "https://www.nancyelizabethdesigns.com/lr_galleries/testshow/slideshowpro.swf"
},
mobile: {
auto: false
},
params: {
base: ".",
bgcolor: "#333333",
allowfullscreen: "true"
},
flashvars: {
xmlFileType: "Default",
xmlFilePath: encodeURIComponent("https://www.nancyelizabethdesigns.com/lr_galleries/testshow/images.xml"),
paramXMLPath: "https://www.nancyelizabethdesigns.com/lr_galleries/testshow/param.xml"
}
});

</script>
to:
<script type="text/javascript" src="lr_galleries/testshow/js/slideshowpro.js"></script>

<script type="text/javascript">
SlideShowPro({
attributes: {
id: "slideshow",
expandBrowserWindow: false,
width: "300.00",
height: "250.00",
src: "lr_galleries/testshow/slideshowpro.swf"
},
mobile: {
auto: false
},
params: {
base: ".",
bgcolor: "#333333",
allowfullscreen: "true"
},
flashvars: {
xmlFileType: "Default",
xmlFilePath: encodeURIComponent("lr_galleries/testshow/images.xml"),
paramXMLPath: "lr_galleries/testshow/param.xml"
}
});
</script>
2. Place nothing in the 'Long Description' sourcecode to do with the slideshow (you can put stuff like tables and text you want in it)

EXCEPT for:
<div id="slideshow"></div>
You don't put any code at all inside that div. Nor do you use any buttons to embed flash. Nothing, just that empty div. If you have other content in your 'Long Description', you can place the empty <div id="slideshow"></div> in your long description source code where you want the slideshow to show up, i.e. in a table cell or wherever! (You can also add inline styles to the slideshow div if you want)
That's it (I think) for that page. I'm working (tomorrow) on having a solution for the just one slideshow limitation.

Similarly for any static html/php pages you might have, just put the code:

<script type="text/javascript" src="lr_galleries/testshow/js/slideshowpro.js"></script>

<script type="text/javascript">
SlideShowPro({
attributes: {
id: "slideshow",
expandBrowserWindow: false,
width: "300.00",
height: "250.00",
src: "lr_galleries/testshow/slideshowpro.swf"
},
mobile: {
auto: false
},
params: {
base: ".",
bgcolor: "#333333",
allowfullscreen: "true"
},
flashvars: {
xmlFileType: "Default",
xmlFilePath: encodeURIComponent("lr_galleries/testshow/images.xml"),
paramXMLPath: "lr_galleries/testshow/param.xml"
}
});
</script>

between the <head></head> tags of your static page, adjust the paths (marked in blue) to point to your newest gallery bits, and add the <div id="slideshow"></div> (with or without inline styles) anywhere on your page you want the slideshow to appear.

For now, nighty night, I'll post back if I have clever moment.
