Wizard Hangs at install_gallery/logininfo.php

stuck here:

I can get into the admin. so I think I'm further than you got on your point number 9. So, I log into the admin and the choosegallery.php page comes up telling me that there is offending code on line 59. It is that num_rows thing again. Here is line 59:

LINE 59 if(mysql_num_rows($result_gallery) > 0) {
while($row_gallery = mysql_fetch_assoc($result_gallery)) {
//stats
$result_stats = mysql_query('
SELECT COUNT(*) AS image_count, COALESCE(MAX(updated), 0) AS last_updated
FROM pg1_gallery_images
WHERE gallery_id = ' . $row_gallery['id']);
$row_stats = mysql_fetch_assoc($result_stats);
