Problem with Quick Cart. No way to define cart page?

I shouldn't have had you edit the code directly, that is why that script was missing, there are other missing elements as well.

To set the view cart redirect, go to Window -> Behaviors to open the behaviors window.

In Design View, select the view Cart button. In the behaviors list, double click the Go To URL Behavior to edit it and set the page for the view cart to go to, then click ok.

this will add the rest of the code needed for the view cart button to work.
