Thanks! I will follow the steps to modify the other pages.

In the users_Registration.php,(which I understand as the input form) is working if the fields are filled up correctly meeting the validation criteria. BUT if any of the field is left balnk
or Captcha entry is wrong, all the entries in the new fields as well as the password fields go blank, and I need to go back and fill them up again

But the original fields you created stays with entry data in place. I did try applying server validation but it is not working. I am pasting below the code for the original field created by you and also the code created for the new field created by me.

The Defult code in the Existing Field Created By You:
<td colspan="5"><span id="sprytextfield3">
<input name="UserLastName" type="text" class="WAATKTextField" id="UserLastName" onBlur="if (document.getElementById('lastNameServerValidation')) document.getElementById('lastNameServerValidation').style.display='none'" value="<?php echo(ValidatedField("usersRegistration","UserLastName")) ?>" size="32" />
<span class="textfieldRequiredMsg">A value is required.</span></span>
<?php
if (ValidatedField("usersRegistration","usersRegistration")) {
if ((strpos((",".ValidatedField("usersRegistration","usersRegistration").","), "," . "12" . ",") !== false || "12" == "")) {
if (!(false)) {
?>
<span class="textfieldServerError" id="lastNameServerValidation">
Please enter your last name. </span>
<?php //WAFV_Conditional users_Registration.php usersRegistration(12:)
}
}

Here is My Code:
<td>Year:<span id="sprytextfield12">
<input name="UserDobYear" type="text" class="WAATKTextField" id="UserDobYear" value="<?php echo(ValidatedField("usersRegistration","UserDobYear")) ?>">
<span class="textfieldRequiredMsg">Enter the Year</span><span class="textfieldMinCharsMsg">Minimum number of characters not met.</span><span class="textfieldMaxCharsMsg">Exceeded maximum number of characters.</span><span class="textfieldInvalidFormatMsg">Invalid format.</span></span></td>

How should apply the validation to keep the entered data stay in the field while I correct the captcha or other invalid entries?

Thanks for keeping up with me!
