On the Detail and Delete and Results pages you can simply drag and drop the fields from the bindings (if they don't show you may need to add them to the Recordset SELECT statement).
The update and profile pages are exactly alike and the steps are identical to what you did on the insert page.
The search pages would just require adding the form element to enter the search string if necessary. No real reference to the database itself is required on those pages.
To make the extra fields work with the search results you would update the DataAssist Search server behavior on the Results page.
