UE Ignoring Dyanmic Settings in Dialogue

I have used this same thread as the problem is the same but in another area of this extension. On the page sending the email I have a recordset that pulls the replyto, returnto, fromname and from email..from a mysql table. However, I sent myself the emails as a test and looking at the message content, it looks as though it is igoring the settings and simply replacing it with the senders email...which it does if the above settings are not made...but its also doing it even though I specify the settings. Pay attention below to the way the behaviour inserted the "additional headers", they look wrong to me, I tried removing the <?php echo ?> manually just leaving (for example) .$row_rsMailSettings['replyto']; BUT...that did not work either. Here's the code, that the extension created when I completed the UE dialogues...

<?php
$MailAttachments = "";
$MailBCC = "";
$MailCC = "";
$MailTo = "";
$MailBodyFormat = "";
$MailBody = "";
$MailImportance = "";
$MailFrom = "".$row_rsMailSettings['mailfrom'] ." <".$row_rsMailSettings['mailfrom'] .">";
$MailSubject = "".$row_rsContent['emailsubject'] ."";
$_SERVER["QUERY_STRING"] = "";

//Global Variables

$WA_MailObject = WAUE_Definition("mymailserver.com","26","My Organization","My X-Mailer","1","");

if ($RecipientEmail) {
$WA_MailObject = WAUE_AddRecipient($WA_MailObject,$RecipientEmail);
}
else {
//To Entries
}

//Additional Headers
$WA_MailObject->ReplyTo = "<?php echo $row_rsMailSettings['replyto']; ?>";
$WA_MailObject->ReturnPath = "<?php echo $row_rsMailSettings['returnpath']; ?>";

//Attachment Entries

//BCC Entries

//CC Entries

//Body Format
$WA_MailObject = WAUE_BodyFormat($WA_MailObject,0);

//Set Importance
$WA_MailObject = WAUE_SetImportance($WA_MailObject,"1");

//Start Mail Body
//End Mail Body

$WA_MailObject = WAUE_SendMail($WA_MailObject,$MailAttachments,$MailBCC,$MailCC,$MailTo,$MailImportance,$MailFrom,$MailSubject,$MailBody,"waue_mailer_1");

if (isset($_SESSION["waue_mailer_1_Status"])) {
$MailLogBindings = new WAUE_Log_Bindings();
//Start Log Bindings
//Success Or Failure
$MailLogBindings->SuccessOrFailure->ToDo = "create";
$MailLogBindings->SuccessOrFailure->Connection = "db";
$MailLogBindings->SuccessOrFailure->TableName = "email_log";
$MailLogBindings->SuccessOrFailure->EmailColumn = "EmailTo";
$MailLogBindings->SuccessOrFailure->ColumnList = array("EmailTo", "EmailFrom", "EmailSubject", "EmailBody", "EmailHeader", "EmailError", "EmailStatus");
$MailLogBindings->SuccessOrFailure->TypeList = array("',none,''", "',none,''", "',none,''", "',none,''", "',none,''", "',none,''", "',none,''");
$MailLogBindings->SuccessOrFailure->ValueList = array("".$_SESSION["waue_mailer_1_To"] ."", "".$_SESSION["waue_mailer_1_From"] ."", "".$_SESSION["waue_mailer_1_Subject"] ."", "".$_SESSION["waue_mailer_1_Body"] ."", "".$_SESSION["waue_mailer_1_Header"] ."", "".$_SESSION["waue_mailer_1_Log"] ."", "".$_SESSION["waue_mailer_1_Status"] ."");
//Success Only
$MailLogBindings->Success->ToDo = "none";
$MailLogBindings->Success->Connection = "";
$MailLogBindings->Success->TableName = "";
$MailLogBindings->Success->EmailColumn = "";
$MailLogBindings->Success->ColumnList = array();
$MailLogBindings->Success->TypeList = array();
$MailLogBindings->Success->ValueList = array();
//Failure Only
$MailLogBindings->Failure->ToDo = "none";
$MailLogBindings->Failure->Connection = "";
$MailLogBindings->Failure->TableName = "";
$MailLogBindings->Failure->EmailColumn = "";
$MailLogBindings->Failure->ColumnList = array();
$MailLogBindings->Failure->TypeList = array();
$MailLogBindings->Failure->ValueList = array();
//End Log Bindings
$MailLogBindings->SuccessOrFailure->MailRef = "waue_mailer_1";
$MailLogBindings->Success->MailRef = "waue_mailer_1";
$MailLogBindings->Failure->MailRef = "waue_mailer_1";
$MailLogBindings->processLog(($_SESSION["waue_mailer_1_Status"] == "Failure"));
}
$WA_MailObject = null;
?>

Am I right...this wrong yes? Please note also...the $mailfrom does not work either, it does not show the persona name...only their email address. TO CONFIRM AGAIN...this code was generated by UE...I have not edited this manually.
