Security Assist - User Level Authentication

Attached are five of the php files that I would appreciate you taking a look at. I have defined the five user levels (Security Assist Authenticate User Server behavior) using the user_login.php as the open page trying to follow the Security assist tutorial and have inserted a UserLevel field on the admin pages so a specifc level can be assisgned to each user and the database updated. I have inserted the code that you sent me into the user_profile.php file as you will see.

I don't know where to go from this point. I would appreciate some additional help on what to do next to make this work.

Thanks
